Just me... circa 1987 or so... scary, huh? Ok, then, here goes!

I'm a single mom, I guess that's where I get my "if I can do it, you can do it" attitude! My little boy is Nathaniel, born 7/14/90.

I always wanted to help people, animals, the environment - everyone and everything, I guess. That's why I wanted to be a teacher as a kid, and when I "grew up" that's why I went into working with the handicapped, and counseling. These days I'm running my own business, Lanat Enterprises Website Design. (Lanat is for "Lisa and Natty") I also do a lot of writing and some public speaking. Yep, I'm pretty busy!

Happy Birthday to you, sweetie! Wow, he's so little!

This was the day my son was born, the best day of my life! He's 3 hours old here!

Bang! I gotcha!!

This is in Orlando, bet you couldn't guess! Just fooling around!

I guess the last thing I want to say, is: Laugh more!

I remember when I was a kid, and my folks subscribed to Reader's Digest, that section called "Laughter is the best medicine" - and it's true! I won't trot out the clinical evidence on how laughing makes you healthier, and live longer, and all that, just take my word for it, it's all true!

I like to have fun, and look for it in every part of every day. The latest buzz-word for this is PMA - Positive Mental Attitude - I prefer to just call it having fun!

Look for smiles wherever you go, and if you don't find one, make one! Say hello to the lady in front of you at the store, or tell the next man you see with a cool tie, that he has a cool tie! You'll be amazed at how much fun it is!

So, go, spread some smiles, and some sunshine, and have fun! There are blessings in every day, for all of us, if you will just look for them!
